Surya Roshni Ltd

Surya Roshni Ltd is over on the second floor of Padma Tower-1 in Rajindra Place. It’s a busy hub with lots of other offices nearby. We’ve been here for a while, and the elevators are usually packed during the morning rush. Our office is a place where we manage a lot of things, mostly related to lighting and steel pipes. It sounds like a strange mix, but it’s what we do. We have desks piled with reports and phones that don't seem to stop ringing. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s productive. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the street and other buildings, but we’re mostly looking at our screens anyway. We try to keep a relaxed vibe despite the workload. People come in and out all day for meetings or to drop off paperwork. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate speak; we just talk like normal people. If there's a problem, we sit down and figure it out. Rajindra Place is a central location, so it's easy for the staff to get here using the metro. We’ve grown over the years, but we still feel like a regular local business at heart. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of everything that comes across our desks in the morning.
