Silver Palace Hotel

This hotel is right in the middle of Mayur Vihar Phase I, inside the Anand Lok Society area. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always something going on right outside the door. We aren’t a giant chain or anything like that. It’s just a building where we’ve set up rooms for travelers who need a place to sleep without a lot of fuss. Most of our day is spent handling check-ins and making sure the laundry gets done. The rooms are basic but we try to keep them clean and the ACs running during the summer months. You’ll find us at the desk most of the time, probably sorting out some paperwork or talking to the delivery guys. Being in a society like B-304 means it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a commercial strip. There’s a lot of traffic nearby, especially during office hours, but it settles down at night. We don’t do big fancy breakfasts, just the usual stuff to get people going. Sometimes the lift acts up, or we have to call the plumber for a leaky tap, which is just how it goes with these buildings. It’s a practical spot for someone who has work in the city and doesn't want to spend too much. We know the local shops and the best ways to get to the metro, so we usually end up giving directions a lot.
