Shudh Restaurant

Our place is located right on Gurudwara Road in Karol Bagh. It is pretty easy to find since we are directly opposite Jessa Ram Hospital. Being in this part of Delhi means it is always crowded outside. We get a lot of people who are visiting the hospital or just out shopping in the market. The restaurant is called Shudh because we only serve vegetarian food. It gets quite noisy during lunch hours when everyone is in a rush. We have tables set up for quick meals. The staff has been around for some time and they know how to handle the rush. Delhi summers are tough but we have the cooling going. We serve North Indian dishes mostly. Nothing too complicated, just stuff like dal and rotis. Some people come in just for a quick tea while they wait for someone at the hospital. We keep the floors mopped and the water jugs filled. It is not a quiet place for a long talk, but it is good if you are hungry and want something reliable. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than usual. That is just how it goes in Karol Bagh. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the plates go out on time. It is a family-run kind of vibe even though it gets hectic. We just do our work and go home.
