R 1 Take Away

Karol Bagh is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it at Chaina Market on Saraswati Marg. Our little spot is 14/1 A. R 1 Take Away is exactly what it sounds like. We don't have much space for people to sit down, so most folks just grab their food and head off to wherever they are going. It gets really crowded on the weekends. The street noise is constant, with the horns honking and people shouting. We are usually busy at the stoves or packing up containers in brown bags. It’s a fast-paced environment. Sometimes we make mistakes when it’s too hectic, but we try to fix them quickly. Working in a market like this means you see all sorts of people every day. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. The walls are a bit scuffed and the counter has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to get through the lunch and dinner rushes without too much trouble. Saraswati Marg is a busy road, so finding a place to park can be a nightmare for our customers who come from far away. But people still come by. We keep the lights on and the food hot until we close up for the night. That’s pretty much the whole story of R 1 Take Away and how we spend our time here.
