Mcdonalds

We are located at 10/6735, on Street No- 2 in Dev Nagar. If you are familiar with Karol Bagh, you know how packed these streets can get. This isn't one of those massive outlets with a huge parking lot. It is right there in the thick of the neighborhood, near all the shops and the daily rush. The smell of fries and burgers is usually what hits you first when you walk down the street. We spend our shifts moving fast between the counter and the kitchen. It is a lot of cleaning, honestly. Mopping the floors because people bring in the Karol Bagh dust on their shoes all day long. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch rush when everyone wants their food at the same time. We have a small crew at Mcdonalds and we all know each other's habits by now. Sometimes the machines for the shakes need a bit of a nudge to work right. We don't have time for fancy speeches; we just hand out bags and take the cash or scan the codes. It’s a lot of "next in line" and making sure the ketchup dispensers are full. When it gets quiet in the late afternoon, we finally sit down for a minute before the evening crowd starts coming in from the nearby markets. It is just a regular job for us here in Dev Nagar.
