Comesum Food Plaza

We have been operating the food plaza over at 1691, Type-4 in the Delhi Admin Flats area of Gulabi Bagh for quite a while now. It is a pretty straightforward place where we focus on getting meals ready for the people who live and work around here. You won't find any fancy decorations or complicated menus at our spot. We just have the basic tables and chairs, and the kitchen is always busy with someone chopping vegetables or washing the big pots. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the flats nearby, so we know what they like to eat without them even having to say much. The street outside can get really noisy with all the traffic and people moving around, but inside we just try to keep things steady. Some days the heat in the kitchen is almost too much, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We handle the orders as they come in and try to make sure nobody has to wait too long for their food. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the delivery truck is late, and we just have to tell the customers and move on. It is a lot of hard work and the floors need scrubbing every single night, but it is what we do. We're just a local business in New Delhi trying to stay busy and keep the kitchen running.
