Our place is at 26 / 25 in Old Rajinder Nagar. It’s a busy area of Delhi, and finding us can be a bit of a trick if you’re not used to the lanes around here. Oriental Trimex has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s not just an office; it’s where all the coordination happens for the stone we bring in and send out. The walls are lined with files and some small stone samples we keep around to show people the different textures. Working in Rajinder Nagar means there’s always something going on outside, people moving about, and the smell of street food from the corner. We spend our days mostly on the phone or checking invoices to make sure the containers are moving on time. Marble and granite are heavy business, and even though this is more of an office setup, we still deal with the grit of the trade. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in while we finish our tea. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We know the regulars who come by, the local builders and the folks who are just curious about what we do. We don't put on any airs. If you come in, you'll see us at our desks, probably surrounded by stacks of paper and a few stone offcuts used as paperweights on the ledgers.
