Shiner Graver

You can find us at 7513 Tail Mill Road in the Ram Nagar part of Pahar Ganj. This is a really old part of Delhi, and the streets are narrow and always packed with people and rickshaws. Shiner Graver is right in the thick of it. The building we are in has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it’s where we do all our work. Pahar Ganj has a certain smell and a certain noise that you just get used to after a while. We work with tools all day, doing engraving and marking on different materials. It’s detailed work that requires a lot of sitting still and focusing, which can be hard when there’s so much noise outside on Tail Mill Road. Sometimes we have to step out just to get a bit of air and clear our heads. We aren't a big factory or a shiny shop. It’s just a small space where we keep our tools and our supplies. People come to us because they need something specific done that requires a steady hand. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the other shop owners on the block. It’s a tight community. We don't spend money on marketing; we just do the jobs that come in and try to stay out of the way of the traffic when we head back home at night.
