Marble Palace

Marble Palace is located at B-9 on the Main Loni Road, over in West Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara. If you’ve ever been down Loni Road, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic and the noise from the street. We’re right in the middle of it. Our shop is where we keep all the marble pieces and slabs. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting things around for customers. The area in Shahdara is always moving, so there’s never a quiet moment outside. We’ve been working out of this B-9 spot for a long time. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks from nearby who are fixing up their kitchens or floors. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a regular shop with stone everywhere. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip on anything. We spend a lot of our day just checking the slabs for cracks and making sure the measurements are okay. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a truck to arrive. It’s just honest, everyday work for us. The dust from the road comes inside a lot, so we’re always dusting off the samples so people can actually see the colors. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep the place looking neat, but that’s just part of the job when you’re on a main road in Shahdara. We just stay focused on getting the stone ready and helping people out.
