Our place is on Gurudwara Road in Village Siraspur. It is a bit away from the main city noise which is nice sometimes. We have the factory set up there where the machines run for most of the day. At Oswal Vinyl Industries Ltd., we deal with a lot of rolls and raw materials. There is a specific smell to the vinyl when it is being processed. It is not a quiet environment because the equipment hums constantly. We have to keep a close eye on the production to make sure everything is coming out right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon fixing it with greasy hands. The staff stays busy moving the finished rolls to the loading area. We get a lot of trucks coming through the village road to pick up orders. The Gurudwara nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the facility. It is a routine that we have followed for years. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it is hot outside. We don't use much technology for the office work, just basic records and a phone that rings quite often. It is just a regular industrial unit doing its thing every day. We handle the paperwork ourselves and keep things moving.
