Our office is located at 91 A in Jhandewalan Extension. This part of Delhi is always moving, and we’re right in the thick of it. We deal with importing and exporting various goods. It's a lot of coordination between different people and places. We aren't sitting in some high-rise glass building. Our space is functional and used mainly for keeping track of all the moving parts of our business. There are plenty of ledgers, phone calls, and tea breaks. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the ropes, but things still get complicated sometimes. Customs paperwork or shipping delays can be a headache, but we just deal with them as they come. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just regular people who know how to get things from one place to another. Jhandewalan is a good spot for us because it's central and easy for our partners to reach. We work long hours, especially when there’s a big shipment arriving. It’s not always glamorous, and the office can get quite dusty with all the files and samples. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the goods get where they need to be on time. It’s a straightforward business built on just being here every day and doing the work that needs to be done for our clients. That is how we keep things moving along.
