Omelettes A Fast Food Hub

We are located at 53-2 in Old Rajender Nagar, right near Karol Bagh. As the name says, we do a lot of eggs here. It’s a fast food hub, so don’t expect a sit-down dinner with white tablecloths and fancy waiters. We have a couple of burners going all the time and the smell of butter and onions is everywhere. It’s a small shop. A lot of students who are studying for their exams come here late at night. They just want something hot and cheap to eat before going back to their books. We stay open pretty late to catch that crowd. The walls have some grease on them, that’s just part of cooking so much food in such a small space. We try to wipe things down when it gets quiet for a few minutes. The street outside is always full of people and cars. We’ve got a few stools but most people just stand around on the pavement or take their food to go. It’s a busy spot. We don't have a big menu, just what we are good at making with eggs and bread. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it’s right in the heart of the action in Rajender Nagar. We just do the cooking and try to keep up with the orders as they come in. Sometimes the line gets really long, but we move as quick as we can. It’s a good spot for a quick bite if you’re nearby and hungry for something simple.
