NizamS Kathi Kabab is right in the heart of the city at H-5-6 in the Plaza Building. If you know Connaught Place, you know the Plaza Building is an old-school landmark that has seen Delhi change over the years. Our little corner in 110001 is almost always busy because CP is the place everyone goes to. We focus mostly on kathi kababs, which are a staple for people on the move in this area. Shoppers, office workers, and tourists all end up walking past our shop. It is a high-energy environment, and we have to work fast to keep up with the demand. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around and chatting; it’s more about getting your food and enjoying it while you explore the circles of CP. The staff here has been doing this for a long time, so they know how to handle the rush hours. We don't bother with fancy decor or polished advertising. The smell of the kababs usually brings people in. Being in the Plaza Building gives us a sense of history, and we are proud to be a part of the daily life in 110001. It is a gritty, fast-paced, and honest way to serve food in one of the most famous parts of the country. We just keep the skewers moving and the wraps ready for the next person.
