Moti Mahal Deluxe

Moti Mahal Deluxe is located at Shop No-18/28 in East Patel Nagar. We are right near the Dominos, so most people use that as a landmark when they’re looking for us. Delhi is a city that never really stops, and East Patel Nagar is a prime example of that. There’s always noise from the street, cars honking, and people chatting outside. Our shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve been serving food here for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s happening in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time over the stove. It gets hot, and the air is always thick with the smell of spices. Our staff has been together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. We know who is good at what. Some days are slower than others, especially when it’s raining hard and the street floods a bit. But usually, we have a steady stream of folks coming in. We don’t do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s just tables, chairs, and food. We deal with the local authorities and the daily logistics of getting supplies delivered to 110008. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We just want to get through the day and make sure the customers aren't left waiting for too long.
