Mazoria Cafe

Mazoria Cafe is tucked into 10, Netaji Subhash Marg, inside the Neeru Hotel in Daryaganj. It’s a busy area with a lot of history, and we’re happy to be a small part of it. We aren't one of those modern, minimalist cafes with no soul. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the kitchen gets hectic when the lunch crowd comes in, but we like it that way. We just serve food and drinks that we think people will enjoy. Most of our regulars are people working nearby or travelers staying at the hotel. We spend a lot of time prepping in the morning, chopping vegetables and making sure the coffee machine is cleaned. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen, and things don't always go perfectly. Maybe the bread is a bit late arriving or we run out of a specific ingredient, but we always figure it out. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us, the staff, trying to make sure everyone who sits down gets a decent meal and a bit of a break from the noise of Daryaganj outside. We don't use fancy terms for our food. It’s just honest cooking. We’ve been here a while and hope to stay for much longer, just doing what we do every day. We enjoy seeing the regulars who come by.
