Our small workshop is located in Kalan Mahal, inside Gali Akhade Wali in Darya Ganj. It’s number 1800 if you’re looking for the house number on the street. Being in Darya Ganj means the lanes are narrow and always full of life and noise. We make various products here, mostly small items that people need for their homes or businesses. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of working, but it works for us. The space is tight, and we have our tools and materials stacked up against the walls. We’ve been here for years, and it’s a bit of a family thing we have going. It’s not a modern factory at all. We do most things ourselves with our own hands. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too crowded in the lane for deliveries, but we manage somehow. People stop by to see what we are making or just to say hello. We don't have a big marketing plan or expensive ads. We just focus on making the items one by one. The air in Darya Ganj is always filled with the smell of food from the stalls and the sound of people talking. It’s a good place to be if you like being in the heart of the city. We work long hours, but that’s normal for us. We are just a local business trying to make a living in this part of Delhi. That's our story.
