Afs Services

If you walk down Gali No. 1 in Ram Nagar, you will see number 35. That is where Afs Services is based. It’s a tight street, like most of the lanes around here, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small room that we use as our main base. It’s not very big, but we managed to fit a couple of desks and a shelf for the files. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket right outside the door, and we have to be careful when we step out. The walls inside are a bit yellowed from the years, and we have some old calendars hanging up. We handle various services from here, mostly just coordinating things on the phone or through the few people who drop by. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a big business park. It’s just a house that we turned into a workspace. During the rainy season, the lane gets a bit muddy, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, but there isn't much of a view besides the brick wall opposite us. It’s a simple setup for a small group of people who just want to get their work done without any fuss or trouble.
