Our office is located right on the ground floor over at 2150/3-A Patel Nagar West. If you’re taking the metro, just look for Shadipur Metro Pillar Number 245 and you’re pretty much there. It’s a convenient spot because of the train, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. Arrow Marketing Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us sitting around desks handling various marketing tasks. It’s not like those big agencies you see on TV with bean bags and bright walls. We just have our computers, some files, and a lot of phone calls to make. The ground floor stays a bit cooler in the summer which is nice, but we still keep the fans going. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to figure out how to get their names out there. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking lists. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams right when we need it, which gets annoying. We’ve been in this Patel Nagar spot for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There are some good tea stalls nearby where we take our breaks and chat with the other workers. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just handle the marketing work that comes our way every day.
