Madhu Electricals

Our shop, Madhu Electricals, is situated at 120-A in the DDA Commercial Complex-I over in Jhandewalan Extension. Most of the people who come to see us use the Videocon Tower as a landmark since it is right nearby. The complex is always buzzing with activity from all the different small businesses that operate here. Inside our space, you will find boxes of wires, different types of switches, and electrical components stacked up on every available shelf. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a large shipment in, and we often have to shuffle things around to find what a customer needs. We start our mornings by opening the heavy shutters and giving the counters a quick wipe down. There is always a lot of noise from the street and the other shops nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We get a mix of regulars who have been buying from us for years and new people who are just looking for a specific fuse or a length of cable. The local tea stall is a popular spot for us during the afternoon break. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of workplace where we deal with everyday electrical problems. We don’t have any polished displays or fancy lighting, just the basic stuff that people need for their homes and offices. It is a simple operation and we like being part of the local business community here.
