Kinbuck2 Roman Bistro

We are located at P 10/90 in the Outer Circle of Connaught Place, right near the Alka Hotel. Kinbuck2 Roman Bistro takes up the first and second floors of the building. Being in CP means it's always crowded outside with people shopping and walking around. We have these two floors to give people a bit of a break from the street level. It’s got a bit of an old-fashioned look inside, trying to feel like those old European spots, but it's definitely in the heart of Delhi. The stairs are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step coming up. We get a mix of young people and older folks who have been coming to CP for decades. It can get pretty loud on Saturday nights when the music is playing and everyone is talking at once. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. It’s just a bistro where you can sit down for a while. The staff is usually running around quite a bit because the two levels keep them busy. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a little when it's really hot out and the place is full, but we try to keep it comfortable. It's just a spot in the city where we work every day to serve whoever walks through the door. No big story, just us in the Outer Circle doing what we do every single day.
