Kapil Dhaba

Kapil Dhaba is located right in the middle of Central Delhi. It’s a simple spot, just like any other dhaba you might find in the city. We don't have a fancy address with a bunch of building names, just a location where people know they can get a quick meal. Being in Central Delhi, there are always people around. We get office workers, drivers, and people just passing through the heart of the city. We didn't want to make it look like a fancy restaurant. It has that rough around the edges feel that a real dhaba should have. The benches are simple and the service is fast. We don't spend money on glossy menus or uniforms. It's just us in the kitchen making the same stuff we’ve been making for years. The city can be a bit overwhelming, so we try to keep our place straightforward. You come in, you find a seat, and you eat. We’ve seen a lot of things change in Delhi over the years, but the way we run the dhaba stays mostly the same. It's a lot of work and long hours, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a mission statement or a big philosophy. We just cook and serve. If you find yourself in the center of the city and want something simple, you might run into us. We are usually here through the lunch rush and late into the night. It's just how we live. We appreciate the people who stop by regularly.
