Paharganj is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it at Chuna Mandi. Kaiser Packers Pvt. Ltd. is located on the first floor of building 3022 on Street No.1. To get up here, you have to walk through the busy market area which is always full of people and rickshaws. The office isn't very quiet because of all the street noise coming up from below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Inside, there are usually stacks of boxes and rolls of packing material sitting around. We spend a lot of time tape-gunning cartons and making sure everything is wrapped up properly. It’s a bit of a tight space when we have a big shipment going out, but we manage to find a way to organize it all. Being on the first floor helps a bit with the dust from the street, but not much. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and checking the inventory. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lobbies. It’s just a practical workspace where we do the packing work. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when carrying heavy loads, but that's just Paharganj for you. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. It is just a regular small business trying to handle the daily rush.
