We are over here at the World Trade Centre in Cannaught Place, right on the ground floor at shop G.F.-125. Most people know this area because it’s always so busy with office workers and tourists walking around. We’ve been running Basant Sales from this spot for a while now. The shop isn't fancy, just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to people who come in looking for things. Usually, someone is sitting behind the main desk and there’s always a few boxes stacked up near the back wall that need to be sorted out. If you walk past the metro station and head towards our block, you’ll find us easily enough. It gets quite noisy during the lunch hour when everyone comes out to eat, but it’s a good spot to be in. We spend most of our day answering the phone or checking the ledger. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up because the building is older than it looks, but we manage just fine. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here at this address. Usually, we have tea around four in the afternoon and that’s when it’s a bit quieter. It is just a simple business operation, nothing too complicated. We focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure the inventory matches what the papers say.
