It’s narrow, and there is always something going on outside the door. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time. The shop is filled with all sorts of items, and honestly, it gets a bit cramped. We don't have a fancy layout or a lot of space to move around, but we make it work. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time moving things in and out of the shop, which is a workout given the narrow streets of Pahar Ganj. People around here know us as just another local spot where they can find what they need for their homes. We don't put on airs. Sometimes we’re a bit blunt about what’s possible, but we think that’s better than making promises we can’t keep. It’s a family-run feel, even if not everyone here is related. We know the tea seller and the other shopkeepers on Street 13 well. If you’re looking for us, just look for the number 10402/6. It might take a minute to find among all the other signs, but we are there every day except Sundays. We don't have a big office, just this one busy spot in the middle of the chaos.
