Jaspreet Kaur Diet Clinic

We are based at Plot No-9 in Patel Nagar, specifically in Site No-11. The clinic is situated right across from Patel Hospital and very close to S D Public School. It is a decent neighborhood, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during school hours. We spend our days talking to people about what they eat and how they live. It’s a small office, mostly just a desk and some chairs for visitors. We don't use any complicated jargon or push anything. Usually, it's just a conversation about daily habits. The area is quite active, with the hospital nearby bringing in a lot of people. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s not a high-end health club, just a simple clinic where we look at food charts and talk about health. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the school kids outside, but that’s just life in Delhi. We try to keep things practical because most people don't have time for anything too complex. If you are coming from the main road, the hospital is the best landmark to look for. We just keep our doors open and help whoever walks in with their diet questions. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the Patel Nagar community. People seem to appreciate the straightforward advice we give them during our sessions.
