Hello Vegetarian

We are located on Arakashan Road in Paharganj, number 7971. Being a vegetarian place in such a busy tourist area means we see a lot of different people. Some are looking for a simple dal and roti, and others want something a bit heavier like a paneer dish. The kitchen is always running from morning till late night. We keep things pretty straightforward. The tables are basic and we don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather focus on the food being hot and served on time. It gets very busy during the lunch hour when office workers and travelers all show up at the same time. The noise from the road outside never really stops, so it’s a bit of a loud place to eat, but that’s Paharganj for you. We go through a lot of vegetables every day, so the delivery truck is here every morning with crates of fresh tomatoes and onions. My brother and I run the place, and we usually have three or four guys in the kitchen. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the demand, especially when we have big groups. We just try to keep the menu simple so we don't make mistakes when things get hectic. It’s a practical place for a solid meal without any fuss. We just keep the stove lit and the plates moving as fast as we can.
