Handloom Fabrics

Our place, Handloom Fabrics, is located at 39/2993 in Beadonpura. We are right on Saraswati Marg, just opposite the MCD Market in Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s one of those places where something is always happening. It’s a crowded area but it’s where all the action is for cloth and fabrics. We’ve got a lot of history in this neighborhood. The shop is filled with different types of handloom materials. It’s not a big showroom with air conditioning and fancy lights. It’s a more traditional kind of setup where the fabric is the main thing you see. We spend our days measuring out cloth and talking to weavers or customers who come in looking for something specific. Being across from the MCD market means there are always people around. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the noise and the shoppers, but we like being in the middle of it. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy website. We just know our fabrics and we stay here to sell them. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but our little corner on Saraswati Marg stays pretty much the same. It’s a simple life of buying and selling cloth. We try to keep things honest and clear with everyone who walks through the door. It’s just how we do things here in Beadonpura and we like it that way.
