Kashish Batra

I’m Kashish Batra and this is where I operate, right in Naraina Vihar over at H Block 2. This part of Delhi has its own rhythm, you know. It’s mostly families living around here, so it feels a bit more personal than those big glass office buildings. I moved into this spot because it was close enough to things but not right in the middle of the crazy market noise. The space itself is simple. I’ve got my desk, a couple of cupboards that never seem to stay organized, and a window that looks out onto the street. You can see the milk delivery guys early in the morning and the kids coming back from school later on. It’s a quiet life here mostly. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, so I keep a torch handy. I don't really have a big staff or anything, just me and a helper who comes in now and then. People ask why I chose H Block, and I just tell them it felt right. Finding the place is easy enough if you know the landmark near the park. I try to keep the front tidy, but the dust always finds a way in. I spend a lot of time on the phone or just sorting through things. It’s not a corporate setup at all, just a normal room where I can do my work in peace.
