If you are looking for G K Selection, we are located in the heart of Karol Bagh on the first floor of building number 2801 20 in Beadon Pura. Karol Bagh is always crowded, and Beadon Pura is no different. You have to push through the shoppers and the street vendors just to get to our stairs. Once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit calmer, but not by much. We have racks and shelves full of items and we spend most of our time sorting through inventory or helping people who climb up the stairs to see us. The building is old, like most things in this part of Delhi, and it has a lot of character. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers come in because they were already in the market or someone told them about us. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes up the narrow stairs and keeping everything organized in a small space. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away, and we usually have a cup of tea sitting on the counter. It’s a typical Karol Bagh business where we know the other shopkeepers and we see the same delivery guys every day. It’s not a polished showroom, just a real place where we do our business honestly and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
