We are located at G-13 in Vardaan House, which is right in the middle of Darya Ganj. If you know the area, you know it’s famous for books and old businesses. Our office is on Ansari Road, and it’s always crowded with people moving boxes or carts. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We’ve got shelves full of stuff and desks that have seen better days. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the corridors of Vardaan House sometimes. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance. Most of the people who work here have been in Darya Ganj for years. We know the tea sellers and the other shop owners on the street. It’s a community. We do our work, which involves a lot of paperwork and handling orders. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the news or just chat. We aren't trying to be a big corporate player; we’re just a local business doing our thing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It feels like home to us, anyway. It’s practical and functional, and that’s all we really need to get through the day's tasks. The staff usually heads out to find some lunch around one o'clock and the place gets empty for a short while until everyone comes back to finish up the afternoon orders.
