Food Clan Private Limited

We are over at Stall 158 near Tibbia College in Karol Bagh. Ajmal Khan road is always packed with people and cars. Stall 158 is small, but it’s enough for us. We spend all day on our feet here. Since we are near the college, we see many young students every single day. The morning starts early for us because we have to get everything from the local market before the crowds arrive. Karol Bagh has everything you could need if you know where to look. Sometimes the weather is bad and the stall feels even smaller than it is, but it's okay. We've been at this spot for a while now and we've grown fond of it. It's not a big corporate office with fancy chairs, just a simple stall. We have some regulars who stop by for a chat while they grab something. The name Food Clan sounded okay when we picked it, so it just stuck. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open up, cook, and go home when the sun goes down. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon heat. We just wait it out with everyone else. It's part of the job. There's a lot of noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on what's on the stove. That's our daily life in Karol Bagh.
