Ekansh Food Corner

We started Ekansh Food Corner because we wanted to have a place of our own in Pitampura Kp1. It is not a very big space, but it works for us and the people who live around here. Most days start with us bringing in the fresh stuff and getting the kitchen going before the sun gets too high. Pitampura is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We see kids coming from school and people heading home from work, all of them looking for something to eat. The name Ekansh is something we liked, and it stuck. We don’t have a big team or a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics to get the job done right. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, but that is just how it goes when you are a small local spot. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here in the same corner. We try to keep things tidy, though it gets a bit messy when we are really busy during the evening rush. It is a lot of hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it now. We don't have any big plans for the future, just staying open and serving the folks who come by. It’s a simple life here in Kp1, and we are glad to be a part of the daily routine for our neighbors.
