Durga Garments

Durga Garments is tucked away in Karol Bagh, specifically at E-16/1193 on Tank Road. Being near the Gurudwara Khalsa Nagar means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise. It’s one of those parts of Delhi that never really sleeps. We deal with clothes and fabric every single day. The shop is filled with stacks of items waiting to be moved or sorted. We have a lot of people coming in to look at what we have available. It can get pretty cramped inside when a shipment arrives, but we manage to find space. We aren't trying to be a big fashion house; we just sell garments to people who need them. Most of our customers are regulars who know where we are. We spend a lot of time haggling or just chatting with whoever walks in. It’s a very local feel here. The street outside is narrow and usually crowded with scooters and delivery carts. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the stock and making sure we have enough for the next day. It’s a simple business run by people who know the garment trade inside and out. That's how it goes on Tank Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
