Arshi Kifayat. We've been at Tis Hazari 214 for a while now. It's a busy spot, always lots of people moving around outside near the courts. Sometimes the traffic is just too much, but you get used to it. Inside our space, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. We handle things as they come. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we sit and work. People often ask where exactly 214 is because the numbering can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We usually just tell them to look for the landmark nearby. My desk is tucked in the corner and it’s always piled with stuff. There's a tea stall not too far away that we visit every afternoon. It’s part of the routine. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about what we do. It is just a local business trying to stay on top of daily tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of history. We’ve had the same chairs for years and they’re still holding up fine. Most of the day is spent answering calls or talking to folks who drop by. It gets noisy with the fans going in the summer, but we manage. That’s pretty much how it goes here. Just a simple place in a busy part of the city.
