This place at 64 Tis Hazari Main Road is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy spot, being right on the main road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know there’s never a quiet moment. There are cars honking and people constantly walking by outside. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We have some wooden desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of paperwork that seems to grow every week. We started out here because it was convenient for the work we do. Being near the courts and the main hub means people can find us easily, even if parking is a nightmare. The building itself is quite old. You can see the history in the walls and the way the stairs are worn down. Inside, we keep things simple. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign. It’s just Avani Kumar’s workspace. We usually have the door open to catch a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the dust from the road. We know the chai wallah nearby pretty well, and he brings us tea a couple of times a day. It’s the kind of place where work gets done without much fuss. We don’t really care for the bells and whistles of a modern office. As long as we have a place to sit and our files are organized, we are happy. We keep a small radio on the shelf for some background noise.
