Manavata Agroventures Producer Company Limited

Our company is based in Motala, which is in the Buldhana district. You can find us at House No. 276 in Ward No 3, where Pandurang R Bawaskar lives. We are a producer company, which is really just a group of us local farmers trying to get organized. Farming around here is a way of life, and it hasn't always been easy to make ends meet. By working together, we can share some of the costs and hopefully get better prices for what we grow. We don’t have a big office building or any employees in suits. It’s just us, sitting together and making decisions about which crops to focus on this season. The work is hard and the days are long, especially when it’s time to sow or harvest. We talk about the soil, the seeds, and the water constantly. We aren't looking to become some famous company. We just want to make sure the farms in Motala stay productive and the people here can keep going. Sometimes we have disagreements about how to run things, but we always figure it out because we’re neighbors. The paperwork is a bit of a chore for us, but it’s part of the job now. We don't have any fancy marketing language. We are just real people who know what it’s like to work the earth. We take things one season at a time and hope for the best.
