Aacharya Sanjoo Utpure Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at House No. 106 in Hiwara Khurd. This is in the Deulgaon Raja area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but it belongs to us. We focus on the agrotech side of farming, trying to use better tools and methods for our crops. Hiwara Khurd is where we live and work. The house is where we keep the records and meet up when we aren't in the fields. It’s not a big corporate setup. We are just local farmers who wanted to do something a bit more organized. Deulgaon Raja has good land and we want to make the most of it without making things too complicated. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we get behind on the admin stuff because the farming part takes up all our time. That's just how it goes when you're working the land. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just produce what we can and work together as a group. Being a farmer producer company means we look out for the people in our village. It's about getting the right seeds and making sure the harvest is worth the effort. We’ve had some tough years and some good ones, and we just keep moving forward without any fancy marketing.
