Our place is over in Mehkar, specifically on Doangaon Road at number 151. Agromen Producer Company Limited started because a bunch of us around Buldhana needed a better way to get things done. It’s a local group, mostly people who know the soil here. The road outside can get dusty during the dry season. We spend our days figuring out how to manage the crops and making sure everything is tracked right. Being a producer company means we are all in it together. It’s not like those big companies in the city. We talk in the office, drink tea, and look at the bags of seeds. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. Mehkar is a busy enough place, and being on Doangaon Road helps people find us when they need to drop things off or just chat. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations. We just focus on the harvest and the daily tasks that need doing. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain doesn't come when we want, but that is part of life here. We've got our routine down now. Every day brings something different, usually related to what's happening in the fields. We just keep our heads down and work. That is how we operate here in Buldhana, just simple and direct. It is about the work and the people involved.
