Over here in the Powayan area, specifically around Pipariya Ghasi in Banda, things stay pretty busy with the farms. Shri Trilokinath Farmers Producer Company Limited is basically a group of us coming together to make life a bit easier. Kamlesh Kumar handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff from the office there. It’s a local setup, nothing corporate about it. We spend most of our time thinking about the harvest and how to get the best out of the land. Banda has its challenges with the weather and the roads, but we manage. Most of the families around here have been doing this for generations. We realized that standing alone wasn't working as well as it used to, so we formed this company. It’s not about some big grand vision. It’s more about making sure the trucks show up on time and that we get a fair shake when we sell what we grow. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and who has a tractor available. If you walk into our place in Pipariya Ghasi, you might find a few of us drinking tea and arguing about the upcoming season. It’s just how we do things. We don't use fancy words or have big meetings. We just try to keep things moving forward so everyone can keep their farms running for another year. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from sunrise to sunset most days. It is just the way we live and work in this community.
