Maharajbrahmdev Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Datganj in Budaun, right over at Dinesh Giri’s place. Mostly it is just us farmers trying to figure out how to do things better together instead of everyone doing their own thing alone. It gets hard out in the fields when the weather doesn't help or when prices aren't right. So we formed Maharajbrahmdev Farmer Producer Company Limited to handle our stuff in a more organized way. There are a lot of us involved now from around the area. We deal with the usual crops you see around here. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much but we manage. People stop by the office to talk about seeds or what the next season looks like. It is not some big fancy office with glass windows, just a regular spot in Uttar Pradesh where work happens. We spend most of our time worrying about the soil and the harvest. Every year is different and that keeps us busy. Dinesh handles a lot of the day to day things here. If you are from around Budaun, you probably know how it goes with farming. It is a lot of waiting on the rain and then working until the sun goes down. We just wanted a way to make sure the farmers get what they need. It isn't always easy, but we are here doing it every day.
