Krishisamadhan Farmer Producer Companylimited is based in Ujhani, which is in the Budaun district. You can find us near Gate No. 3 in Narain Ganj. We are located at the premises of Virendra Kumar Sahu. It’s a very local, community-focused business. As a farmer producer company, we are all about the people who actually work the land. The name "Krishisamadhan" basically means agricultural solution, and that’s what we try to provide in a very simple, direct way. We don't have a fancy office building. It’s just a place where farmers can come and sit down to talk about their problems or their crops. Ujhani is a small town, so everyone knows where Narain Ganj is. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or meeting with members of the collective. There is no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us trying to get better prices for what we grow. We keep our records in simple registers and try to stay organized. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the market prices drop. But we stick together and keep going. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of farmers and local folks working together to make things a bit better for everyone involved. It is hard work but it is ours.
