You can find us over in Rampurhat, specifically at Srifala. We are based out of Sukhendu Sekhar Mondal’s place. It’s a busy little area, and we are right in the middle of it, doing what we can for the local farmers around here. This company started because a few of us felt like we needed to pool our resources instead of everyone trying to survive on their own. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of planning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the actual farming and the logistics of getting things sold. Rampurhat is a place that never really stays quiet for long, and being at Srifala means we are right in the thick of things. We see the seasons change through the crops we handle, and that gives a rhythm to our year that most city people probably wouldn't understand. Sometimes the days are long, especially during harvest season when everyone is tired and the trucks are late. But that’s just how life is. We know the soil here and we know the people. We talk to the neighbors, share advice on what fertilizers might be working better this year, and keep an eye on the market prices together. It feels more like a community group than a formal business most of the time. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or using big words to describe what we do.
