Rajnagar Block Krishikranti Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are just a group of people from the Rajnagar area in Birbhum who decided to get together and do something for our local farming. Arup Kumar Dey’s place is where we mostly meet and keep our things. It started because we saw how hard it was for one person to manage everything alone. In this part of West Bengal, the weather can be a bit tricky, so having others to talk to helps a lot. We focus on the crops we grow right here in our block. It is not some big operation with fancy offices, just us working the soil and trying to make sure the harvest is okay. Sometimes we sit around and just discuss which seeds worked better this year or if the rain was enough. People know us around here because we live right in the same neighborhood. We don't have any big speeches. We just want to make sure the farmers in Rajnagar have a way to sell their stuff without too much trouble. It is a lot of work, and the days are long, but we are used to it. Being a producer company sounded like a good way to stay organized. We are just simple people trying to keep the traditions of our land going while figuring out how to handle the modern way of doing things. You will usually find someone working near the office or out in the fields if you come by.
