Nabashakti Bio Plantec Private Limited

You can find us in Rampurhat, over in the Hospital Para area. We’re set up at Md Abu Taleb’s place. The name Nabashakti Bio Plantec sounds a bit technical, but really we are just people interested in plants and how to grow them better. We spend a lot of time looking at saplings and soil. It’s a private company, but since we are right here in the middle of Rampurhat, it feels very local. We have a small space where we keep the plants and do our work. It’s often messy with dirt and pots everywhere. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just come by and see what we’re working on. We started this because we saw a need for better plants and organic ways of doing things around here. It’s not easy work because plants can be finicky and the weather doesn't always cooperate. We keep our records in a simple way and try to make sure we don't lose track of anything. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock moving in or out. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. We just want to provide good plants and know-how to the people in our neighborhood. It’s a lot of watering, pruning, and waiting for things to grow. We just take it one day at a time here. It’s a quiet way to make a living, but we enjoy seeing the things we plant finally sprout.
