Laghosa Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Birbhum, specifically over at Nasim Sekh’s place in Laghosa. It’s a group of us local farmers who decided to get together to handle our business better. Life in the village is mostly about the fields, and being part of this producer company makes things a bit more organized for everyone involved. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just a spot where we meet up and talk about the crops and what needs doing next. Most of the people around here have been farming their whole lives, so we know the land pretty well. Sometimes the weather doesn't play along, but we just keep going anyway. It’s not always easy work, getting the produce ready and dealing with the markets, but having this company helps us stand a bit stronger together. We mostly focus on what grows best in this soil around Birbhum. If you come by Laghosa, you'll see how we operate. It's just simple folks trying to make a living and making sure the farming stays sustainable for the families here. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings. Usually, it's just quick chats by the roadside or at the house. It's been a learning process for all of us, figuring out the paperwork and the rules, but we're getting there slowly. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields gets treated fairly.
