Teach In Chaynan Pb.Sh.Lalgarh & D.P.S.School.Bikaner

This place is run by Usman, son of Yaseen Khan, right near the Lalgarh Masjid in Rampura. We are out here in Bikaner, Rajasthan, and the sun is usually pretty bright. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but locals just look for the mosque and they find us. We are involved with Teach In Chaynan and the schools around here like Pb.Sh.Lalgarh and D.P.S. School. It’s mostly about helping kids and teachers get what they need. Our office is just a simple room with some mats on the floor and a couple of desks. It gets very dusty with the desert wind blowing through the streets. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to get the job done. Sometimes we sit outside in the shade when it’s too hot inside. People stop by all the time to ask about classes or school supplies. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood. It’s a very local thing we have going on. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to the parents and the teachers directly. It’s hard work because there’s always something to fix or someone who needs help with paperwork. We just take it one day at a time here in Rampura. It’s a community effort more than a business really. We just try to make sure the school stuff gets handled correctly for the kids.
