We spend our time checking the fat content and making sure the storage is kept at the right temperature. There is no big corporate mystery to what we do. We just want to make sure the dairy farmers get a fair deal and the milk stays fresh for whoever is buying it. People often stop by since we are right on the highway. We don’t do much advertising; the farmers just know where we are. It’s a busy life, especially in the mornings and evenings when the collection starts.
