Zaika Lake City

We've been over here at Simran Apartment in Trilanga for a bit now. It's just a regular spot near the Bank of Baroda in Shahpura Arera Colony. People usually find us without too much trouble. We do mostly local food, the stuff folks around Bhopal expect when they come in. There isn't much to say about the place itself except that we keep it clean and keep the kitchen moving. It gets busy on weekends, especially being right there in Shahpura. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but inside it’s alright. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just tables and chairs and the smell of spices. If you are walking around Trilanga or doing some banking, you might have seen us. We just focus on getting the plates out and making sure the stove is hot. Most of the staff has been here for a while. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city, just a reliable one for the neighborhood. Usually, someone is at the front to say hello, though sometimes we’re all back in the kitchen if a big order comes in. It’s how it goes in a small shop. You might have to wait a minute for a table on Friday nights, but we try to be quick. We just do what we do and hope for the best.
