Amer Bakery Hut

We are located at the Amer Bakery Hut, right inside the Tarun Prakash Swimming Pool Campus. It is a bit of an unusual spot on Link Road No 1 in Bhopal, but it works for us. Being near the pool means we see a lot of kids and families coming through, especially when it is hot outside. New Market is just right there, so the 462003 area stays busy almost all the time. Across the street is the Arera Club. We spend our mornings baking bread and getting the small cakes ready. The smell usually travels out toward the swimming area. Our shop is not very large. It is more of a functional space where we keep the ovens running. The floor is tile and we try to keep it clean, though flour seems to get everywhere by noon. Link Road No 1 has plenty of traffic, so there is always a bit of background noise from the cars and buses. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to look professional. We just put the stuff in the cases and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the oven acts up, or a delivery is late, but that is just how it goes. We have been in this New Market area for a good while now. It feels like home to us, sitting here opposite the club and watching the day go by.
