Aliza Restaurant

We started Aliza Restaurant on Chetak Bridge Road a while back. It’s right here in Kasturba Nagar. Most people around Bhopal know the spot near the bridge. We just wanted a place where folks could sit down and have a decent meal without much fuss. The kitchen stays busy most of the day. We’ve got the usual tables and chairs, nothing too fancy. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the lunch crowd comes in from the nearby offices. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. It's a simple setup. If you're walking around Kasturba Nagar, you'll see our sign. We've been here long enough that the regulars don't even need the menu anymore. They just walk in and tell us what they want. We don't spend much time on decorations or big advertisements. We just focus on getting the cooking right. The street outside is always moving with traffic from the bridge. Inside, it's just about the food. We use what we can get from the local markets every morning. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in this part of town, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Bhopal. Just a spot for a good lunch or dinner. That’s pretty much us. Come by if you are in the neighborhood and hungry. We usually have something ready on the stove.
